The cake is so so so scrumptious, gentle and I like that it has zuchinni in it. It’s excellent for breakfast or as a snack and it was SO straightforward to make!

Baked 35 minutes & knife check was clear however when it cooled it sank within the center 🙁 may’ve been heavy handed w my oj or did I would like so as to add extra bake time w a glass 8×8?
